Broker subscriptions
Plus a one-off certification fee of $1,500 for the course and exam. In-house brokers pay no subscription.

| Sale commission | Seller, via the broker | A success fee on settlement. Where shared with the platform (50%), it runs through a licensed-agent structure — to be confirmed. |
